At URH20, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Standard Products
For standard water bottle orders (without custom labels):
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging
- Refund: Full refund to original payment method
- Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
2. Custom Label Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom label products:
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
- Please review your design carefully before submitting your order
- We offer a preview of your design before finalizing the order
- If there is a printing error on our part, we will reprint at no cost
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
- We will send a replacement at no additional cost
- Or provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Email us at contact@diptouch.com with your order number
- Describe the reason for your return request
- Include photos if the item is damaged or defective
- Wait for our team to respond with return instructions
- Ship the item back (if applicable) using the provided instructions
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 additional business days)
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or style:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences may apply
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order:
- Standard orders: Within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund
- Custom label orders: Before production begins (typically within 2 hours of order placement)
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
